Terms and Condition for Prize

Terms and Conditions:

  1. By participating in the contest (PAI IT Olympiad), all the participating schools/junior colleges consent to be bound by the decisions of the governing body.
  2. Where it comes to the notice of the governing body that participating students have violated rule(s) thus gaining unfair advantage in the contest or have won using fraudulent means, such participants shall forthwith be disqualified.
  3. Un-sportsman-like, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior during the proceedings of the contest is thoroughly unacceptable and may lead to student/school disqualification with immediate effect.
  4. Where the outcome of the contest is the result of human error, intentional or otherwise or the result of a faulty mechanical device or the result of a failures of any kind beyond the control of the governing body, the latter reserves the right to terminate this contest or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as deemed appropriate
